The “ Balcones de Moral y Santa Catalina” hotel
is a beautiful big house which dates back from colonial times
located in the city centre of Arequipa. You are welcome to enjoy
our pleasant facilities and services for a real stay.
Our first floor in excellent
preserved conditions. It has recently been declared as a
national historical monument in Peru. At the reception desk,
there is a telephone and fax station and luggage lockers.
Our second floor, with
a republican facade, also remodelled in its interiors, are
all the hotel rooms, a cafeteria, an internet hall, a service
area for storage and laundry.
